I love Chinese cuisine. Now I guess that explains my fascination for wok cooking. I have a good collection of woks in different sizes for my cooking and love what wok cooking can do to food -the taste and flavor.
When it comes to health, the real common denominator is energy. And we know to get this energy we need a balance of proper nutrition, exercise and rest. Exercise is fairly straightforward -- there's a way to do it that suits everyone. Rest is simple too, if we can make the time, and reduce our stimulant intake so that we can actually sleep at night.

Now that summer is officially here, our home gardens are in their heyday. Spring's greens have already sprouted and given us the first gifts of the season, like bitter dandelion leaves, soft lettuces and nutrient-rich spinach. Now it's peas and squash, strawberries and raspberries. Last season you risked it and planted watermelon (and oh, what a harvest you had!).
